Peace River Wildlife Sanctuary owns 70 acres on the east side of the Peace River two miles north of Arcadia, Florida.  The property has almost a third of a mile of river frontage and is almost a mile deep.  There are 15 shares.  A cabin is available for use by the owners on a first-come, first-served basis.  The property is crowned with live oaks and large pines and has a beautiful park-like setting.  It is enjoyed by the owners for camping, canoeing, fishing, hiking, nature study and wildlife photography.  The property has been enjoyed in this way for over 30 years. From time to time, shares become available.  In the most recent sale, a share went for $25,000.  For more information, contact Jim Kern.
